The Look of the Mile
The Midtown Mile is a coordinated redevelopment initiative that will deliver over 1 MILLION sf of urban, street-level retail spanning fourteen consecutive blocks of Peachtree Street from 15th Street to North Avenue in Midtown Atlanta.
The Midtown Mile is already a dense, urban area filled with high-rise condominiums, offices, hotels and the arts. Walk along Peachtree today and you’ll find an eclectic collection of boutiques, stores and restaurants at street level. However, retail opportunities remain. Several large blocks, proposed for redevelopment, will accommodate new retail.
